We are not those people.
Between us, we have opened restaurants, managed teams, survived COVID, navigated the feast-and-famine cycles, dealt with the employees who steal and the ones who save you, handled the conflicts that almost broke everything, built a community from scratch, and still shown up the next morning to do it all over again.
